There were three gentle men in particular who went above in beyond thee expected!! As a first time solo shopper I was a bit nervous and didn't no what to expect...but they made me feel comfortable and secu in beyond thee expected!! The whole overall process was done much more to my expectations then I expected as compared to other dealers I had been to. After being assigned a Sales consultant, Tarek Shousha, who asked exactl expectations then I expected as compared to other dealers I had been to. After being assigned a Sales consultant, Tarek Shousha, who asked exactly what I was looking for, then showed me the 2014 CRV , had me me fully inspect the car from the truck to the front, also suggested that I sit in the car and enjoy the comfort of the car (also suggested that I take the car for a trial run, which I refused to do at that time) he answered all my questions. He also pointed out the features that were part of the moded I was considering to lease. Since I was trading in my 2005 Honda CRV ,while we were admiring the 2014 model he had the 2005 model checked out by the mechanics, after the car was inspected and all questions pretaining to the trade were completed. An offer was made plus a monthly payment amount on the new CRV, i was ok with the amount and had Tarek start the paper work for th lease. At no time did I feel pressured or forced into making a decision dson the car, something that was not happening at others dealers I had gone to before visiting Honda of Freehold, I was happy with the whole experience with Honda and Tarek. More

Excellent experience throughout.....The entire process took 2 days Pricing was fair, negotiations were kept at a minimum.
