I have owned Honda's since 1974. I am 71 years old and will own a Honda until I can't drive anymore! While visiting you website, I read quite a few nice reviews about D.J. Wilson so I asked for him wh and will own a Honda until I can't drive anymore! While visiting you website, I read quite a few nice reviews about D.J. Wilson so I asked for him when I came into the dealership last Tues Dec 24th. He was pleasant, well dressed, happy to answer my questions, and found just what I wanted and at the exact price I wanted! Just a really nice man. Kudos to D.J. That being said, the only issue I have was the extremely length of time I had to spend at the dealership. I was there from 11:30 to 5PM that day. Was it because it was the day before Christmas? Was it the holiday party going on? Was it the finance office (that seemed to be the longest part of the wait) What I do know, is that I don't ever remember having to wait that long to purchase a car and at this same dealership. Hopefully, Honda's human resourse area can take this as a learning lesson to reduce time waiting (I am saying this respectfully, not angrily) I do not want this to reflect on Mr Wilson as he did his job and did it well! I visited Honda of Freehold in October of 2013 to purchase a new Honda Accord. The salesman took the time to answer all my questions and get information from others that he did not have himself. The test drive experiences were very pleasant and comfortable. I was very satisfied with the final price. After purchase, the registration, plates and title came quickly as promised. I absolutely love the car - so much that I went back with my son in December and purchased a certified used Civic for him. The salesman from the first car was not available, so I requested another who had been very helpful during my original purchase and we had the same wonderful experience. The dealership is very nice, but these two salesmen made it exceptional. I highly recommend this dealership - especially if you can be served by John Holland or Chris Chrepta. More

This is 2nd car purchased from this dealer. This recent transaction was even better than the first. Art Bogos was our sales consultant. Did not have to go back and forth with the manager. Art was super friendly and understanding of my purchase. He made everything easy for me. Brian Ward was my finance consultant. Brian understood my position regarding financing and extended warranty (I did not want either). He was not pushy and expedited us through the buying process. As this is a used vehicle, Chris (technician) from the service department helped us review the vehicle after placing it on the lift. He had stayed late to help us. Overall, this was a great buying experience!! More

I used the Internet Sunday night to price out a trade-in for my old card and to look for a more recent model of the same car. I then found the model I wanted at an excellent price and very low mileage at H for my old card and to look for a more recent model of the same car. I then found the model I wanted at an excellent price and very low mileage at Honda of Freehold.. So I contacted them via Internet and the rep got back to me next day (Monday) to acknowledge my request (availability of model) and to schedule a test drive appointment the next day (Tuesday). At the dealership I got immediate attention from Dj Wilson to gather my information, price out the trade-in, get the financial analysis started, conduct the test drive, and finally to send me off in a new car. During the hours I was there, all the people involved in the service were friendly and explained the steps in the process. DJ was my point man in steering me through the car buying maze; he answered my questions about transitioning the registration and insurance, reviewing the Carfax, how the financing was shopped out, etc. The overall experience took several hours, but at evening's end I drove off in my "new car". I was pleased overall with the service I received at Honda and was quite pleased with the service I received from Dj. (I don't know if the "service" question above is applicable since I was purchasing a car. If it refers to the whole experience, then I would rate it the same way - Great). DJ also supplied gas for the return trip, which was much appreciated. I was happy with my experience with this dealer and would not hesitate to recommend them to other buyers. More
