I was wowed at the outstanding level of customer service I received, by the salesman Akram Ali. I came in just to look at what was being offered at the time, and for once in my the three times of purchasing I received, by the salesman Akram Ali. I was not pressured, or rushed into make a decision, like most other sales people do. Akram was so friendly, professional, and his knowledge of the vehicles put me at ease the entire time I dealt with him. It was unlike any car buying experience I have ever had. Me and my wife has recently purchased a 2005 Honda Accord EX-L from Honda of Freehold. We worked with a salesperson - Akram Ali. These is our first car in USA and it was a wonderful and satisfactory buying EX-L from Honda of Freehold. We worked with a salesperson - Akram Ali. We have seen many cars before buying this car and disappointed with some or other hidden fault which dealer is not letting you know or try to cheat you. But with this car we got what we are promised. Akram was very friendly he also came along with us to Midas car check to get the car inspected. The car-fax was clean but we want to make sure that there shouldn't be any fault inside so we went to Midas car check. Akram was confident that this car has no fault and same we are told by Midas guyz. Thats it we made the deal there itself. Akram was kind enough to wait for us on saturday late afternoon though we were late by 3 hours. Akram is open, honest, friendly, and knowledgable.
