I had an appointment for the first oil change on my new 2019 Honda CR-V at 1:30pm on Tuesday May 26th, 2020. I arrived at 1:15pm and was told there was about an hour and a half wait. I patiently waited in 2019 Honda CR-V at 1:30pm on Tuesday May 26th, 2020. I arrived at 1:15pm and was told there was about an hour and a half wait. I patiently waited in the waited area. The service tech came to me about 2:45pm and said about a half hour more. Finally about 3:20pm I was told my vehicle was ready and escorted to the cashier. I asked when I had an appointment why so long for just an oil change? I was told they were short-staffed because of Covid-19. So why would you book so any appointments if you cant handle the volume? I'm very disappointed with the service department and will probably take my vehicle elsewhere next time. Thank you. More

Brought in car for second time for same issue a few months ago and being told nothing was wrong the first time which was still under warranty. This time, they finally found issue and I was charged even months ago and being told nothing was wrong the first time which was still under warranty. This time, they finally found issue and I was charged even though it’s not under warranty anymore but I wouldn’t have brought it in the second time if they found issue first time under warranty. I purchase the extended warranty which I thought was also covered but was told I still had to pay $100 deductible. More
