We went in for an oil change. Service.people and clerks were very pleasant, however, when we were paying the bill we were told that our brakes were metal on metal and needed to be Service.people and clerks were very pleasant, however, when we were paying the bill we were told that our brakes were metal on metal and needed to be changed immediately. Didn’t make sense as my husband had recently replaced them all. When he went to inspect and change the brakes himself, there was barely any wear on the brakes or rotors. Not happy with Honda making up things to be done just to line their pockets! More
