never again! I called up on Wednesday and spoke to a guy named Nick in the BDC. i had some issues that i wanted to work out but to him it didnt matter? He was so xxxx rude to me and in the middle of me telling him my issues, he interrupted me and "Hey! Are you going to stop talking now so i can talk?" I couldnt believe it? So i wanted to speak to his manager but nothing apparently gets passed him.. So now ONLY because of this Nick guy, will i never come back nor recommend anyone to do business with this company! I felt so little when he raised his voice to me.. i told my husband and he was livid! But instead of coming up there he told me to right a review so thats what im going to do! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! More

When checking the tire pressure in the spare today as routine maintenance, I found a spare tire that has serious tread wear on it, and worse, a plug patch on the tread. So they sell a new car and install a USED spare, that had been patched. Not cool. They have not offered to replace it for a new spare. And for the dishonesty and my trouble, I expect them to be seriously trying to get this fixed soon. More
