I ordered a car ten weeks ago. After eight weeks, I called them to see if the car was coming. They did not notify me about the progress on my car, I had to call them. I've been looking for a 4WD EXL (no RES no Nav) but the 4WDs are hard to come by here in Texas. So I shopped around out of state and found my Pilot at Honda of Frontenac in St. Louis. Yes, I am from Houston and ended up getting it from St. Louis. I have gotten a very competitive deal from the internet manager Paul Leong. He also helped me to find a car transport company with very reasonable shipping charge for bringing the Pilot to Houston. Even after adding the shipping charge, it is still over $1k cheaper than any deals I found in the lone star state. The Pilot arrived about 1 week after I committed to buy. The process was done professionally via email, phone and fedex packages for signed documents. Paul is highly recommended. He took good care of me all the way - great service for an out of state buyer. I am still amazed by how smoothly this whole process went given. More
