I made a switch to this dealership upon learning that Pat Carroll and Dan Sweigert relocated to this dealership. I previously bought at least 4 hondas from where they worked previously. He has a very pleasant personality and is extremely curteous. He pulled my car up to the door and even turned the a/c on so it would be nice and cool for me! Once again, Honda of Frontenac did an excellent job of exceeding my expectations of service and customer satisfaction. Upon dropping off my vehicle for service, I was contacted in a timely manner by Pat exceeding my expectations of service and customer satisfaction. Upon dropping off my vehicle for service, I was contacted in a timely manner by Pat Carroll. He explained the required repair and gave me a reasonable estimate. They next day when he called to let me know that my car was ready he also informed me I did not need one of the parts and it will cost less than originally quoted. It seems that in the past at other repair shops it often ended up costing more than the original quote so I was surprised and pleased. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity displayed by Pat and the rest of the staff. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, Pat personally retrieved my car and brought it to the door. He even turned on the air conditioning so it would be nice and cool when I got in. I highly recommend this dealer and do not trust my car with anyone else. Thanks again Pat for a great experience.
