I was planning on bringing my car in for an oil change, but stopped at the License bureau to update my plates first. At the License office I found out I needed an emissions inspection, too. I went to Honda of Frontenac for an Express oil change. Randy in the service department came out to meet me. I told him I wanted an oil change and asked if they could do the emissions inspection. I figured that was a different part of the shop, but he told me he would see what he could do. Thirty minutes later, my car was ready with an oil change, emissions inspection and a car wash (which I didn't ask for). I appreciated that Randy took the time to help me out and save me another trip in. More

Usually buying a new car is a horrible time for us, but for the first time we actually ha purchasing of our new 2012 Civic a pleasureable experience.
