The parts department there is horrendous and noone in the dealership even pretends to care about you unless you are there to buy a car. I waited at the parts department desk for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come out after ringing the bell multiple times. Multiple sales people passed by and when I asked for assistance they only replied "ring the bell" without even stopping. A manager walked by and when I told him of my issue he said "sorry to hear that and kept walking". This obviously happens alot because the bell at the parts department has a sign reading "this is not a toy, press only once". Customers wouldn't have to ring the bell multiple times if the part departments staff actually came to the desk in a timely fashion. I would have just left the dealership, but I paid for the part already and I was just picking it up. Luckily I bought my Honda at Honda of Ocala and I will return there if I ever need parts or service. Imagine if you need Honda of Gainesville to assist you with an issue after buying a new car with them. Goodluck with that. It isn't worth it. Just buy elsewhere. More

Mike DeStephens was our sales man, he worked with us and got us a good deal. We found a small issue with the paint a couple of days later and he got it fixed for us. The car has been here a couple of weeks, I don't know why it's not gone yet at this price." I do. The prices they list on the internet don't include almost $3000 in dealer fees. They'll insult you with trade in offers less than 50% of ROUGH trade in value of $5000, then somehow the $20,000 car I went to look at cost more than $23,000 WITH my trade in of $5000. As the salesman tried explaining it to me, I'm looking for a mirror, just to see if I really look THAT stupid. I still can't believe it. I had to leave in a hurry before I became too angry. Unbelievably, he called me at home 2 more times to see if I was still interested? !@#$%&* I'll never go back to this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone else. More

I purchased a used vehicle -with an additional bumper to bumper warranty adding thousands to the final price , but knowing my behind would be covered in the case of a shady deal. Boy am I glad I did that. There was a disgusting mishap the very first night of me owning this vehicle and it went back to them for almost four days while it got taken care of I get my car back not even driving it an entire day the check engine light comes on, the power door switch doesn’t work , etc. none of which showed it’s true colors until driving it for a couple days ! Fine - I have the bumper to bumper warranty right ? So I called a different dealership to get work done ( I don’t need a check engine light reset I want the problem fixed - since yanno - I have the “ warranty “, and quite frankly I’m not satisfied at all dealing with this dealership - the dealership I call pulls up my vin - and there is NO WARRANTY on this car. Funny since my paperwork states differently ! I have been calling Honda back now for over two weeks getting hung up on , getting told I will get a call back , getting No where ! I get told the warranty can take a month to show in the system. I have dealt with sales , finance , and even the service department.I am getting my phone calls dodged , and what they are doing is illegal. I paid for the warranty it should be in the system and any dealer should be able to bring it up. This is beyond frustrating on all levels! I’m giving them until Monday ( I called today when I told them my name - coincidently they were busy) I’m not going to just sit in a corner and suck my thumb. These issues are going to get resolved or I will be taking the next appropriate steps. More
