Excellence My recent experience with the Honda Service Department and then with Ryan and Julio in Sales at the Gainesville Honda Dealership was excellent. Every My recent experience with the Honda Service Department and then with Ryan and Julio in Sales at the Gainesville Honda Dealership was excellent. Everyone worked together to make my visit worthwhile and productive, and did so in an super friendly and relaxed way. From the Service manager keeping me updated with approximate wait time and overall cost estimate - to making my wait extra productive by getting me to the right person to help me decide on and purchasing a new used car. In every step of my visit, I was treated kindly, respectfully, and with consideration of my comfort and time. Being a single Mom and not having a lot of knowledge concerning cars, I have to trust and rely on people that I expect to be completely honest with me. More than once, I asked one of the guys, "What would you do?" or "If this was for a friend of yours, what would you recommend?" And I do sincerely believe that I was always given their honest answer, not just the answer that would make the dealership the most money. For my used Honda that I brought in for service, the manager explained everything clearly to me and showed me what repairs were necessary and what was optional. There was never any pressure to add on more services. Also, while I was waiting he got me to the right sales person to help me decide on a new used car. In used car sales, Ryan was extremely friendly and worked patiently with me to help decide what car suited my needs and budget. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the cars and answered my questions thoroughly - also offering additional information that helped me make an informed decision. He effectively matched me with the car that was the best for me and that I was comfortable with purchasing. Then when working with Julio in financing, I was again treated very well. He worked hard to find me the best available interest rate and terms. Julio was friendly and kindly explained all aspects of each step from purchasing, to the title and tag, to the warranty. Julio knew the forms backwards and forwards, and was able to explain every detail to my understanding. He made me feel comfortable with what could have otherwise seemed like a complicated process. Ryan, who helped me decide on the right car, was always still available throughout the process. He also more than once offered if I at any time in the future needed help, advice or had questions concerning the car for maintenance or service, or questions regarding the car itself, he was a phone call away and would gladly help. He even very kindly reminded me to make my appointment for the Xylon protection and offered his assistance regarding my now 2 Honda vehicles any time I needed. This care and effort has made me feel very confidant that I have made the right decision to purchase my 2nd Honda. I will always go back here for any service or maintenance I need. I will also ask for Ryan if at any time in the future I need any help or advice regarding selling or purchasing any new or used car. I feel fortunate to have been able to work with him on this significant and important purchase. Thanks ! More
