From the moment I contacted them through the website I had a positive experience with James, my sales representative. He immediately responded and addressed my needs for purchasing a new car. I came in to test drive the Honda Civic and James was off that day but directed me to Dean who took very good care of me and kept in direct contact with James letting him know I interested in leasing, I test drove the Civic with Dean and I loved it, I signed the agreement and picked up my car at 5:00 that afternoon.
