This is a very good dealership and service area. The waiting areas are well designed and there is a lovely Latin Food Cafe inside. Best Cuban Sandwiches in the region!

"Honest and personable service"

Great personable and honest service with the best prices in town! Comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi and a wide screen tv for movies. Even a separate play area for kids. I came in for an oil change and a bulb replacement. Somehow the bulb was lighting up when they took a look at my car. I know some places would still charge for the bulb replacement. Not Honda of Gainesville! They are always honest and never push unnecessary "maintenance" on me!

"Awesome experience and good work"

I took my CR-V in for a routine oil change and fluid top off (they also have FREE car wash and vacuum for LIFE) and they found the transmission needed service that wasn't in the warranty and some that had a deductible. Needless to say the gave us a loaner car for the next day and a half and by the end of it all, end up leaving with NO COST. They truly think if the customer and are helpful

"Great service from Adon Williams"

I took my Civic to Honda for servicing a few days ago for a fluid leak. My regular service advisor wasn't available, so I got Adon Williams. I was quite impressed with his knowledge and ability to explain what was wrong to a person who knows little about cars. He's also a great in-person communicator and seems to really enjoy helping people. When we took the car in initially, he also personally drove us home! Plus, he used to be a technician, so he really understands engines well. I'd use him again if the regular guy I've been going to for years wasn't available, and I highly recommend him to anyone getting their car fixed at Honda of Gainesville.

"Best Customer Service"

I just had the BEST customer service experience i have had in a very long time. I was greeted immediately by Nancy who took down pertinent information to log in my vehicle. She got me set up in the computer in a few minutes, had my service set up and did everything in her power to limit any inconvenience to me since I was there with my toddler. I had planned to be dropped off by the shuttle since I was only going a short distance but forgot that meant I would have to lug my car seat. As soon as Wes saw me start to unload all of my bags - he immediately offered to just drop me off in my vehicle so I didn't have to uninstall my car seat, and transfer all of my computer stuff, bags, etc.. He called me as soon as my vehicle was ready, and came and picked me up. To my surprise he had someone available to bring him back, so I didn't even have to drop him off - all my paperwork was ready, and I was able to leave immediately. I believe both Nancy and Wes went above and beyond to make my visit extremely pleasant, and limited any inconvenience to me. As a working mom who had daughter in tow - this was invaluable to me. Thank you SO much Honda of Gainesville team!

Was in for service and was made an offer to trade in my 2013CRV for a 2016CRV. Told them what they would have to do for me to upgrade (didn't expect dealer to be able to) and to my surprise they did it! Staff spent quite a bit of time with me answering all questions and I never felt any pressure to buy.

"Tire check"

Stopped by dealer to have tires check on 2015 accord due to gauge light coming on. Finally after being Ignored and two other customers being helped before me that came in after Me with no appointment. A service Guy asked to help me, he went to my car and reset the gauge Without looking at my tire or even checking the pressure. Yesterday my gauge came back on. I went to another tire shop and guess what they found, a screw in my tire which was there before. Had he taken the time to check my tire he would have found it. I am livid at the poor service that I was given and lack of concern. This is the second issue I've had at this dealership in the same month. My last service appointment was completed 2 hours past my scheduled time. No discount was offered, no apology for delay. This service department needs to focus on its customers, maybe better communication would help. I was not the only one that day with a 2 plus hour wait on their appointments. Service award? I think not. This is my 5rh Honda and I'm not ar all pleased with my service so far from Honda of Gainesville..
