I just had the BEST customer service experience i have had in a very long time. I was greeted immediately by Nancy who took down pertinent information to log in my vehicle. She got me set up in the computer in a few minutes, had my service set up and did everything in her power to limit any inconvenience to me since I was there with my toddler. I had planned to be dropped off by the shuttle since I was only going a short distance but forgot that meant I would have to lug my car seat. As soon as Wes saw me start to unload all of my bags - he immediately offered to just drop me off in my vehicle so I didn't have to uninstall my car seat, and transfer all of my computer stuff, bags, etc.. He called me as soon as my vehicle was ready, and came and picked me up. To my surprise he had someone available to bring him back, so I didn't even have to drop him off - all my paperwork was ready, and I was able to leave immediately. I believe both Nancy and Wes went above and beyond to make my visit extremely pleasant, and limited any inconvenience to me. As a working mom who had daughter in tow - this was invaluable to me.
