Mark was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and comfortable communicating primarily with me, the female potential buyer, rather than my male friend accompanying me. When I told him I was considering another car brand, he compared the two with me via computer and acknowledged where the other brand was equal or in very few categories "better" than the Honda. There was no pressure and my experience with him was very positive. When I did buy the car, Mark was having as much fun as I exploring its features and he set some things - phone, light and lock timing, radio - up for me rather than sending me to a web site. Mark made a follow-up call to me a few days later, asking how I am doing with the car and sincere in his offer to have me call and/or come if there are features I need to have explained. This was the easiest car deal that I have ever done. We were in and out in less than an hour. Didn't even have to haggle over the vehicle price or the trade-in value. I had negotiated with a different Honda dealer and was not totally satisfied with what they said they could do. Honda of Greeley had been recommended by a friend so I e-mailed Terri through their website not totally satisfied with what they said they could do. He told me what he could do for me on the same vehicle through them which was very satisfactory. When I arrived at the dealer, he was very helpful, gave me the deal he said he would with no difficulties. It was the first time I've bought a car and wasn't wiped out from waiting and waiting in a dealership. Usually when I buy a vehicle I'm just happy to get the car and get out of the dealership. This time I was just "happy" when I left the dealership, not just happy to get out of there, if you know what I mean. The friend who told me to check with Honda of Greeley said he had bought his last three Honda's there and loved his vehicles. From start to finish it was a GREAT experience and I drove away with a beautiful car, exactly the one I wanted, at a price that made my husband happy.
