I feel the car should have been better inspected before ready to sell. Mark comminucated with us very well and delivered on every promise. The reaseon I gave a few "goods" and not all "greats" was because of the way the car should have been inspected before sale. I started my car search via the internet and was hooked up with Terri - from then on, he did everything possible to keep an eye out for a used Honda Pilot for me. He even worked on trying to get me a deal on a NEW one in my price-range. Had I not met up with Terri via the internet first, I can't speak to what my experience would have been simply walking on to the lot. I felt like we had a good customer/salesman relationship before I ever met him in person - and it continued even after the sale. He continued to answer my questions about my vehicle. First time in dealership: Took my daughters car in for an oil leak. Pan had to be replaced due to damage to the threads and wrong bolt put in by a chain service center. Several days later I visited Honda of Greeley again and met with George to discuss buying a new Honda Accord Coupe and trading my Scion tC. The negotiations were spirited but always professional and respectful. I dealt with George, Mark Granther and Bob Finnegan and all three were professional helpful and instrumental in getting me a good deal on the new Accord and the trade in pricing on my trade in. When I went to pick up my car the salesman, George K. spent plenty of time with me to make sure I was familiar with my new car. A great experience all the way around and I would highly recommend this dealer ship and all of these gentlemen. More

George was very helpful in the purchase of our used Volkswagan Beatle. We stopped in to look at the car after seeing it online and found that it had just been sold. George took our name and phone number and told us he would call if he found anything else that we may be interesed in. Shortly after we left George called to tell us the sale on the Beatle had just fallen through and we should come back. We got back 15 minutes before closing, but we never felt rushed. We took the car for a test drive and loved it. George worked really hard to get the car to the price we could afford. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and helpful. We had a great buying experience at Honda of Greeley and will definatly return there when we are ready to buy another car.
