I came in on Friday for routine oil and lube service without an appointment. After a short wait the service technician came to me in the waiting area an indicated that there were other issues that need without an appointment. After a short wait the service technician came to me in the waiting area an indicated that there were other issues that needed attention, that he carefully described. Several of these were expensive but covered by warranty. He indicated that this would take more time than I had anticipated to complete all of the service work. I told him I would walk home and wait there until the work was completed. He offered a ride home for me but I felt I needed the walk. He later called me at home and told me that did not have a part available and the work could not be completed until the following Tuesday. I told him that would be OK and I would expect a call when the work was completed. He called back on Tuesday and I picked up the car and it is running as good, as expected. I appreciate the excellent service and the effort that the service staff takes to keep you informed and aware of any service the CRV needs even when I'm in for routine service. Judson McDowell More
