I went to the dealership to cancel the GAP insurance that was originally purchased with the car since we had refinanced our vehicle. The receptionist who answered the phone was very rude. At first, I couldn't hear her because the reception was terrible. Once I could hear her, I explained it must have been bad reception. She immediately responded with a harsh "well how can I help you??" Once I had explained my situation, she was all of a sudden super nice. I cannot wait to not deal with these rude people any longer. I will never purchase a car from them, again. More

First time in dealership: Took my daughters car in for an oil leak. Pan had to be replaced due to damage to the threads and wrong bolt put in by a chain service center. Scott and Brandon showed us the problem before and after the repair. Very professional. Scott went out of his way to show what had to be done and why plus was very fair on the pricing which was below the estimate. Great employees. We will be back. John D. More

Nathan and Scott made the difference! After Nathan and Scott made the difference! After installation of a new battery by a friend the code for the stereo/clock needed to be reset. I called Nat Nathan and Scott made the difference! After installation of a new battery by a friend the code for the stereo/clock needed to be reset. I called Nathan at Honda of Greeley. He provided the code and patiently walked me through the process. The code failed to activate. Nathan then requested I drive to the Service Department even though it was nearly 5:30 to assist with the reset. The code still did not work even though Nathan and Scott both tried and several variations while cross-checking information on the computer. Nathan then pulled the radio out to check the accuracy of the serial number. It did not correspond with the code Honda had provided. By this time it was well after 6:00 p.m. Nathan assured me he would contact the appropriate resources within the Honda network to reset the car. This was good as I had a pending road trip scheduled for Friday through Sunday and had anticipated enjoying music while traveling. Scott, Nathan, and I visited several times that next day with still no clear resolution regarding the discrepancy between the recorded serial number and the correct reset code. Both Nathan and Scott recommended I bring in my car the next morning and they would either disconnect the battery for a period of time and then restart the entire system from beginning if necessary. I inquired about the expense. Due to a series of unusual and very unexpected bills I was unprepared for the potential cost and would wait until next month. I reminded both Nathan and Scott that a stereo and clock were not critical to the operation of a car and I would be fine. Scott assured me he would call if that was the case prior to fixing the reset and arranged for Tom (Honda Shuttle)to drive me home so that I could get to work on time. Within 45 minutes Scott called to ask me what my favorite radio station was. The system had successfully been reset! He explained they had not encountered this mismatch between serial numbers and codes before. There would be no charge. I later learned there had been more to the process than a 'few simple phone calls'. I was uncomfortable about not paying for all the effort and expertise poured out on my behalf. Both Nathan and Scott said not to worry about it and there was no charge. I find this level of customer service extraordinary, but then we are talking about Honda! I appreciate the perseverance, patience, positive attitude, and great collaboration exhibited by Nathan and Scott during this unique problem-solving experience. Nathan and Scott (along with the other Service Department representatives)are what brings me back to Honda. I bought my Odyssey from Honda of Greeley in April. I thought Bob Finnegan was great to work with. He had the patience of a god because this was NOT an easy or pleasant transaction, and it was through no thought Bob Finnegan was great to work with. Then, being the spectacular driver that I am, I backed into my garage door that was not completely open and scraped the roof of my new van. Then a bike fell over and scratched the paint on the driver's side back door. I called Bob and asked if his guys could take a look at the van to see if they could buff out any of the scratches, and I was kind of in a hurry because I was making a cross-country road trip. Bob talked to Scott Suitor, god #2, and Scott agreed to get me worked into the schedule. Scott knew my situation when I came in and took great care of me. Some of the scratches came out, some didn't, I got my oil changed, and everyone there was just fantastic. Friendly, professional, timely. I couldn't have asked for more. More
The service center guys go above and beyond the call of duty. They work overtime, and I hope they are paid for their overtime. Scott the Service Manager took so much time and had so much patience answering my 1,285 (ha ha) questions about a 2004 Honda Pilot I am going to buy. I certainly know that if I take my car in for service much patience answering my 1,285 (ha ha) questions about a 2004 Honda Pilot I am going to buy. I certainly know that if I take my car in for service that I will receive excellent customer service because Scott is in charge of this department. I wouldn't have gone to the trouble of logging onto this site and bothering to do this (I wouldn't normally) but this is truly the most excellent employee in a dealer I have encountered. And I have been to every dealer here in my city looking at the cars with salesmen and talking to the service departments about their cars' reliability. Scott is a stellar representative for Honda! Though it took some persistence, Honda of Greeley made good on a minor repair. This matter should never escalated to the level it did, but the repair to the window tinting was ultimately addressed.
