Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They overcharged me close to $30. When I asked for a refund they said they could only put a credit on my account. I have emailed him three times over the past 3 weeks and he has not responded. Needless to say, I am out $30 and they are out a customer. More

I came in unexpectedly, completely panicked, with twin toddlers in the back seat and nails stuck in my tire. Mike immediately saw the urgency of the situation and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. From the moment I walked in, he was calm, professional, and incredibly attentive—not just to my car, but to me and my kids, too. He reassured me they’d do everything possible to get us back on the road quickly, and he delivered on that promise. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, and Tyler worked efficiently and skillfully to get the repair done. It was clear that both of them truly cared—not just about the car, but about helping a mom in a stressful situation. After paying $ 207. 91 for diagnostics and given a $ 9,981.54 estimate to replace the transmission, I rented a U-Trailer $ 166.47 and towed the car to my mechanic in Sout 91 for diagnostics and given a $ 9,981.54 estimate to replace the transmission, I rented a U-Trailer $ 166.47 and towed the car to my mechanic in South Jersey who repaired the car by replacing the Intermediate shaft speed sensor for a cost of $ 427.47.
