I came in for service this past week and worked with David Rojas. I was recommended services that I knew weren't needed because those items had already been completed just two visits earlier. That left me questioning whether my service history was actually being reviewed before recommendations were made.
During my visit, he also appeared distracted, including being on his phone, which didn't leave me with confidence that my vehicle had his full attention. Overall, the experience felt more focused on upselling than providing honest, personalized service.
I've been coming here for a while, and this visit was disappointing. I hope the dealership returns to the level of professionalism and customer care it used to provide. Do better.
