So, lets start with courteous, helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, humorous, and empathetic. We had been driving a 2008 Honda CRV, purchased new, and had been quite comfortable with 2008 automotive technology. As we are in our seventies, we were amazed at how much the technology had changed. Rob helped make the transition to 2020 automotive technology almost completely anxiety free. He spent all the time we needed to feel somewhat comfortable in our new to us car. He said to return to the dealership with any problems, and he would be happy to help. We traded in our high milage 2008 CRV. Even though there were a couple of mechanical issues, they gave us the full KBB value as a trade in allowance. The other five star member of the team was Vinny Werdann. He explained the finance process and all the terms and conditions. We knew exactly what we were signing for and how much we were spending. Very reassuring.
