I was promised a quote from USAA and TRUE CAR. I talked to Claudia and manager TOM. They refused to honor the promised price quote. In addition they didn't even have the correct car! The stock numbers don't match the vehicle VIN numbers! ALSO THE VEHICLES ARE GIVEN TO MANAGERS,ASSISTANT MANAGER'S, AND THEIR WIFE'S TO USE FOR PERSONAL REASONS! AND TAKE HOME!!!! This is the most disorganized, hypocritical, car dealership I have ever been too!!!! To make matters worse the vehicle I test drove was broken! MAKE SURE YOU ASK IF YOUR VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN BY ANY PERSON OR THEIR WIFE FOR PERSONAL USE BEFORE YOU BUY IT!!!!!! More

They at no time made us feel that we were difficult or taking a long time to make choices despite us being there from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm. They were also able to provide sound advice for leasing versus purchase and the benefits of lease with plan to purchase versus lease to turn in. Once decisions were made they proceeded to handle the paperwork expediently and explain options very clearly. More
