I purchased a new 2013 Honda Civic from Hackettstown Honda, my sales rep was Eric Florio. I have to be honest, this was my first car buying experience and Eric made it so enjoyable and non stressful. I like my used 2008 Honda CIVIC that I got from Hackettstown. They have a nice big open showroom.  Arthur was nice. Though the process was longer than I liked. I wasn't planning on buying a truck this day but drove by and saw it sitting in the lot. I went home checked auto trader and all the other vehicles for-sale within 75 miles. The truck listed at Hackettstown Honda was one of the lowest priced so I went back to take a look. I got hooked up with guy and he was very friendly and honest. We took the truck for a test drive, let me take it though some mud which was nice. I Decided if I could work out the right deal I would sign. I thought the whole process would suck and take forever but it wasn't bad. Guy worked with me and helped me out with everything i didn't understand. All said and done I drove off with a nice new vehicle and felt good about the deal I made with everyone there. When you walk through the door just ask for guy you will be happy you did.. More

I purchased/financed a Honda Accord from Arthur a few weeks ago. It was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've had thus far. He has a great support system with management like Matt Furmann who explained financial options and helped me understand the numbers. Would definitely recommend and purchase from here again. These guys really know cars... especially Arthur and they didn't try to hustle me into a bigger more expensive car even though I know the commission would probably have been greater. all 3 people I dealt with - raul, my salesperson, ryan, the internet sales mgr, and the finance person, were extremely courteous. I have been accustomed to dealers giving you a low price for trade-in and the internet sales mgr, and the finance person, were extremely courteous. I have been accustomed to dealers giving you a low price for trade-in and then trying to justify it by trashing your trade-in. I also received an initially low trade-in price, but in getting a fairer price, I didn't have to endure any of that. they were people I definitely would recommend. More
