We had very bad experience with this dealership. The sales men we dealt with - John Brunner and Matthew Furman. Both were rude, unfriendly and didn't believe anything we said. We were not allowed to mee sales men we dealt with - John Brunner and Matthew Furman. Both were rude, unfriendly and didn't believe anything we said. We were not allowed to meet or talk to Ronny Hakim who emailed/phoned us and invited us to visit the dealership. Next day after posting my review, I got a call from John Brunner threatening me remove my review or face legal action. Beware of this place. I will NOT recommend anyone to spend their hard earn money at this place, stay away!! More

I was shopping around for a minivan to get a great vehicle for a great price and great service. I went to a couple of Honda and Toyota dealerships and told them my intentions and that i would go with vehicle for a great price and great service. After feeling insulted at how I was treated and lied to i went to the last dealer on my list which was Hackettstown Honda. I wish I would have went to them first. They were courteous, friendly, FAIR, and honest. TQ (TEQuan) was the salesman whom I had the pleasure of dealing with and I know that I can be a big pain when buying a vehicle but he handled everything with great professionalism. I didn't have to haggle and there was no frustration. It was a great car buying experience and I look forward to dealing with TQ and the Hackettstown Honda family in the future. 5 Stars!!!!! More

This may be the only honest review you will read because the dealership is more interested in maintaining these phony and fictitious reviews than they are with actual honest feedback. The dealership and employees earn more bonus on reviews (even if they are bogus) than they earn in an actual sale. If the dealership truly was interested in delivering higher customer service, they would focus upon satisfaction and encourage honest feedback, rather than managing what gets posted in these ratings. The experience started out very positively and I was excited about making the deal for a new Accord. It turned poor after I encountered Matt Furman (one of the sales managers). Mr Furman clearly does not know how to speak professionally and respectfully to customers. I will never go back to this dealership nor recommend them to anyone else. One important positive note: Ronny Hakim. He is a true professional and someone who earned my trust and respect. Unfortunately, I was unable to work with him exclusively and encountered others in the dealership. More

Had a great experience when purchasing my new 2013 Honda Civic EXL. Came in for first service after getting over 7200 miles..
