Today I had Auto Start installed in my car. Jamie Franchini was my service person and she was excellent. Do not go here!!!! We spent an entire day here and accomplished nothing. It took 15 minutes each for them to bring us each car to look at. We were told the CR-V in colors we wanted was not available accomplished nothing. It took 15 minutes each for them to bring us each car to look at. We were told the CR-V in colors we wanted was not available there but they would have for us next day at 10:00 AM. We showed up at 10:00 and the car was not ready nor was the financing completed. Staff was rude and basically told us to go elswehere. We went to Clinton Honda and completed the entire process happily in 2.5 hours. What a difference in professionalism. More
