We recently purchased a 2023 Subaru Outback from this dealership, and shortly after bringing it home the rear liftgate stopped working properly and will not open. Since then, trying to get the issue a dealership, and shortly after bringing it home the rear liftgate stopped working properly and will not open. Since then, trying to get the issue addressed has been extremely frustrating. We’ve reached out multiple times to sales, a sales manager, and even the general manager, and have either been passed around or not responded to at all. We were told to bring the vehicle back to their shop (which is about an hour away), but no one has been willing to actually schedule the appointment or confirm a loaner vehicle—despite us clearly explaining that we don’t have a second vehicle. We even attempted to schedule service ourselves, but their website only allows Honda service bookings, so that wasn’t an option either. At this point, we’re left dealing with a malfunctioning vehicle and no support from the dealership we purchased it from. A simple issue that should have been easy to coordinate has turned into a complete lack of communication and follow-through. If you’re considering buying here, just be aware that once the sale is done, getting help afterward may be difficult. More
