"Friendly but took a long time."

The people were all very friendly and worked with us on the price of the new Honda and our trade in value. The down side was the length of time it took and the title and paper work problems.

The service was very helpful and convienent. The staff was very kind and professional. The service for what it was could have been a bit faster, but then again it was a rather busy day so I'm not going to complain. Overall though great, and great group of folks.

"Sales and service "

We went to Honda for our routine oil change and found a vehicle that we liked and wanted to test drive. We found our salesman John S. He was very helpful and let us drive around and went through the specs with us. We decided to discuss the options of our trade in and then we were able to trade our previous Honda in on a new Honda. We are overall pleased with our experience with the sales dept and the service department. We have had great experiences every time we go! The sales manager was great as well. Easy process and great deal!
