At first very bad and turned into exelent thank you Miguel I bought my vehicle from Zack. He told me that I have a 6 month coverage for free on door dings and stains on the inside. I left the dealership at 10 I bought my vehicle from Zack. He told me that I have a 6 month coverage for free on door dings and stains on the inside. I left the dealership at 10:00 pm with the car... I did not see cigarette burns on the seat or door panels... did not see how filthy the seats and carpets were. I called Zack and told him about the problems. I made an appointment with him so he could get the problems taken care of. He was not there and did not return my calls... I got a call from Odel telling me he was now my contact... Zack had left the company. I called Odel and left him messages every week. No call backs from Odel! I explained my problems to Ruth and I got a call from Brian Merz. He met with me and interdicted me to Miguel... who was extremely helpful and professional. I received finely the treatment I should have gotten from Zack and Odel! I’m thankful for Brian and Miguel for all their help to get the problems corrected! Astrid Macleay More

New vehicle purchase Had to wait almost 4 weeks for my vehicle. Arrived (was told from the factory) but had 170+ miles on it so don’t believe what I was told. Windows we Had to wait almost 4 weeks for my vehicle. Arrived (was told from the factory) but had 170+ miles on it so don’t believe what I was told. Windows were to be tinted as dark as possible for back windows with the driver and passenger windows tinted at legal limits. This was not done. Have to take vehicle back to have this issue corrected. But overall I am very pleased More
