Won’t be back Took 2 hours for a scheduled inspection. Wasted whole afternoon sitting in waiting room. Seems like if there was a problem with inspection that they would come tell me what was wrong. After 2 hours they cane out and said it needed a repair. Any other place I have been for inspection it has taken less than 30 minutes. Won’t be back. Will go to Columbia from now on. More

Not satisfied My car was under the 6 month or 6,000 mile warranty and I called to have my air conditioner looked at because it wasn't blowing cold air. I asked the staff if my car would be covered under warranty and the staff never really answered me and said ok and we made an appt. I can't to my appt and I asked staff again about my car being under warranty and the staff said they would look into it. Meanwhile they examined my car and all said and done I paid 200 dollars and the staff told me it was not under warranty after they looked over the car and told me what needed to be fixed. The issueay not even be fixed after spending the 200 dollars. I live 1.5 hours away from the dealership and I would have went somewhere closer if they told me I wasn't covered under the warranty when I called originally. I have only owned the car for about 2.5 months when this issue arouse. I have already had to bring the car back once since buying it one other time for an issue with the turbo. This whole process has really been a headache. More

Not having any issues with other company I used for 2 years but unfortunate that sold out and I was looking for a new place. I first called to even get the $19.95 oil change and don't even get that. Ended up being $150 visit with a 2 hour wait. Very frustrated. I even mentioned the free car wash and didn't get. After waiting 2 hours didnt even wanna mention that. and pretty sure my bolt would of been Ok. More
