Why does it take an hour and a half for an oil change. Because I had a scheduled appointment and I arrived 1/2 hour early and it took an over a 1 1/2hours for the oil change. Explained all the options to me and recommended a plan that was half the price of what was initially indicated. Everyone is pleasant. I do not think they try to “upsell” you. More
