We were planning to come b On 6/27/19, we were out looking at cars and stopped by Jefferson City Honda. We saw that the dealership closed at 7:00 pm. We were planning to come back the next day. Sales consultant Tracy Steffens came out and invited us in to find out what kind of car we were looking for. He carefully made notes and politely listened to our preferences in our next vehicle. Based on that information, he suggested a Honda CRV LX.. Leasing the vehicle made sense since we never purchased a Honda before. Tracy stayed late (as did other office staff) and we drove away with a new car! Great experience! More

Unhappy experience. Sold me a “new“ vehicle with 485 miles on the odometer. I was unaware of this at the time. My fault in assuming there would be minimal miles on the o Sold me a “new“ vehicle with 485 miles on the odometer. I was unaware of this at the time. My fault in assuming there would be minimal miles on the odometer. This also affects my extended warranty that is supposed to stretch to 150,000 miles. Obviously the warranty now expires 485 miles sooner. Dealership refuses to make me whole. Up until this discovery I was happy with them. Lesson learned. Trust no one when purchasing a vehicle to give you a clean deal. More
