I spoke with them over the phone a few times and in the office - every time I was greeted with a smile and all of the maintenance updates I needed were clearly explained. I also asked them to look in to a scratch on my car and although they couldn’t repair it under warranty, they went the extra mile to call a local body shop and have a quote ready for me. I have always dreaded car maintenance and the entire experience - but I can honestly say that I’m looking forward to my next oil change and feel totally at ease with my service team at Honda! More
