As a woman I always feel very uncomfortable Everytime I bring in my vehicle for an oil change there seems to be an issue refuting the use of YOUR coupon. This time I was told it would not work Everytime I bring in my vehicle for an oil change there seems to be an issue refuting the use of YOUR coupon. This time I was told it would not work because my vehicle could not take synthetic blend oil. Fortunately I was prepared because of past issues and insisted he look at my last oil change because I had reviewed it. I'll be... synthetic blend was used. As a woman I have always felt like the service people talk down to me or that I am stupid. I now make bets with my husband how many extra services they want me to purchase. I will never know what other service I REALLY need because it is presented I need everything!! My husband and I have owned 4 Hondas, but are down to one because I feel so uncomfortable with your service department. which is unfortunate because we really like Hondas. More
