Low pressure and accomodating From the time I walked into Honda of Jefferson City through the time of purchasing my new Passport (2) weeks later, the experience was pleasant, low p From the time I walked into Honda of Jefferson City through the time of purchasing my new Passport (2) weeks later, the experience was pleasant, low pressure, unassuming and professional! I had never owned a Honda in my life. My salesman, Eddie Brown, was always friendly and accomodating introducing me to all the features of the Passport and the Pilot. I chose the Passport because it was sportier and didnt have a 3rd row. Next, I was having trouble picking out the color. Eddie lined up (4) Passports next to each other with different colors for comparison. That helped nail the decision. The sales manager, Cassidy (Metcalf) Williams, worked diligently to negotiate a great deal including my trade-in and added accessories which was very satisfactory. Since they didn't have a Passport with the right color and trim level, Cassidy quickly located one at another dealership and had it brought in. The finance manager, Brian Mertz, made the closing quick and easy. He offered an extended warranty plan at a discounted price, but I declined based on Honda's inherent high quality, dependabilty and great reputation! Eddie and a few others helped during the delivery by pairing my phone and explaining the operation of the new and advanced features and technology. Honda of Jefferson City made the whole experience of buying a new vehicle pleasant and satisfying. More

Routine Maintenance We get our Odyssey serviced there. It’s always quick and through. We work with Kent and he is knowledge and friendly. Only negative this last service was supposed to come with a wash and vac. The wash was broken and they didn’t vacuum it either. It would have been nice to be offered a voucher to get those services done at a later date. More
