Service longer than expected and simple maintenance not done My scheduled appointment was 9 and I was told that the oil change and tire rotation would take approximately 1 1/2 hours...I don’t believe my pilot wa My scheduled appointment was 9 and I was told that the oil change and tire rotation would take approximately 1 1/2 hours...I don’t believe my pilot was taken back to the service bay until approximately 9:30. There was also a recall notice to check the timing belt. I checked with Craig after 2 hours and was told it was going back to be washed soon. A short time later Craig came back to the waiting area and said since mine was the first one to be checked for the timing belt recall it took an hour longer than expected. At checkout Craig had my timing belt number written on my paperwork and said the number was not part of the recall...really an extra hour to find the number on the belt. The next day I checked my washer fluid and noticed it was low. I had a gallon of fluid in the garage and thought I would top it off..it took the entire gallon. I checked my receipt and saw that the technician had topped off my fluids...I wonder what else was missed. More

Awesome I scheduled an oil change which was easy and straight forward. I was able to drop my car off at lunch and then pick it up on my afternoon break. I must add that I am a proud veteran and noticed the flag they were flying was beginning to become tattered. Told the sales manager there only thing stopping me from buying was I didn't do business with the ones with an American flag in that condition. 5 minutes later, 3 gentlemen were outside replacing the flag and I was out the door shortly thereafter.
