Kent Hager is the only reason I have my service work done at Honda and the only reason I refer people I truly care for to him. His salary should probably be doubled, and the doubled again! I guarantee his pay doesn’t reflect the value he brings to Honda and customers. A five star system is not even appropriate for what Kent Hager does. He is a 10 out of 10 every time! If Kent Hager ever left Honda I would follow him wherever he went for ALL my service needs and I would also take every customer I’ve sent to him with me. More
