First oil change Took my "new" Accord in to see about an oil change. Got in right away and was informed that the work would be free of charge. That's always good news! Poor Service Overall Went in to buy a used vehicle, and there was not a whole lot of communication throughout the entire process. The salesman did not talk about any features of the vehicle whatsoever. They promised to detail the car before I left the lot, which was not done. They did not put gas in the tank. The vehicle was a 2018, and they gave me one key, saying the second must have gotten lost somewhere. They did not mention the key part until I had already gone through the paperwork and was walking out the door. Just a bad overall experience with the dealership. More

Very disorganized once I arrived at dealership I found a used vehicle online, while it was roughly 280 miles away, it was the perfect car for us at a reasonable price. Knowing we were traveling a I found a used vehicle online, while it was roughly 280 miles away, it was the perfect car for us at a reasonable price. Knowing we were traveling a long way we negotiated the price before hand, and I sent a deposit along with all the requested information for title, tax, and registration. We had an appointment to pick up vehicle, but when we arrived no-one had any paperwork ready. What's wise is the person assigned to do the paperwork was at a different dealership. We sat for over an hour until someone else finally worked on our stuff. I could understand a little delay, but not that long, not when everything was finalized before we even arrived. I will never go back. More
