My Dad can sometimes be hard to impress and difficult to please; however, he has said that this experience was the best he has had when it came to looking at and purchasing a vehicle. My Dad cannot stop talking about John! I would totally recommend John and Honda of Jefferson City to my friends and family! Plus, we are very happy with our car purchase! Finally, I want to give a shout out to Ruth. Ruth answered my Internet inquiry and was the first person to tell me about the Dodge Caliber. I contacted several car dealerships via the Internet that Saturday and Ruth was right on top of responding within mintues of my post. If it wasn't for Ruth, another dealership may have gotten my business. Kudos to Ruth's and John S's customer service! More
John S. had all the arrangements made with Bryce. We brought my car into the service center because on the day we purchased the car and were on our way back to Fulton, we noticed that the car "shook" We brought my car into the service center because on the day we purchased the car and were on our way back to Fulton, we noticed that the car "shook" while on the highway going 70 mph. The service department changed out the new back tires and placed them on the front. They also re-aligned the tires and took it for a test drive before turning in back over to me. Another thing that my Dad noticed on Tuesday evening was that the back windshield wiper was torn. We thought it was no big deal and were going to replace it ourselves. However, the service center did it for us! More

Over all good I am satisfied with their service. I found them much easier for purchasing compared to other dealers place around that area. I have two comments. My P I am satisfied with their service. I found them much easier for purchasing compared to other dealers place around that area. I have two comments. My Pilot was not washed as Cliff said they will do it after leather installed. I think they forgot to wash when I went to pick up the vehicle. The premium leather installation is not great. I did not check carefully when I went there. The driver seat does not look perfect. More

Wes transferred my belongings from the 16 while Sybil, the new bush ness manager, processed it he paperwork and I walked out with a new car the same afternoon. A very pleasant buying experience. More
