After being there for over an hour for an oil change I inquired about the advertisement and was informed that it didn’t apply because you have to request it. I think this advertisement is very misleading and does not represent your business well. Also, I’m not sure if it’s the service manager or not, however, he appeared very pushy and in my opinion is not someone I care to deal with in the future. Based upon not only this last visit but of previous visits Honda will not be my first choice for future maintenance and I can’t in good faith recommend it to others. I wish I knew the name of the lady who answered the service phone because she was incredibly polite and helpful. Also, I have no idea who we worked with on this visit. Oil change service I came in on a Saturday afternoon to get an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment online for 1 o’clock, it was a very easy process to do I came in on a Saturday afternoon to get an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment online for 1 o’clock, it was a very easy process to do this. I showed up 15 minutes early and they got my car in there. It didn’t seem like it was too busy at the time and I had made an appointment to be there. My oil change and tire rotation was finished around 2:30pm. I was not thrilled with it taking so long but the service was good. More
