A simple thing like getting the correct mailing address was beyond Syible the finance representative. Excellent Service Advisors, some issues with facility My service advisor (Tyler) was excellent. Unfortunately, the attention paid by management to snow and ice removal was lacking. There was only one small path cleared from the parking area to the main entrance and it had several large icy patches that were hazardous. The walkway from the parking area to the service entrance was also ice-covered and hazardous. Previously, I was able to get a detailed printed service history on my car (Honda Accord 2002). Service for this car for the past 14 years has only been done at this dealer. Not able to get printed service history on this visit. More
