Sarah in financing was similarly awesome, very knowledgeable and upfront about warranties. Once we purchased the vehicle and went to pick it up, Mr. Hays sat in it with us for at least 45 minutes to explain all of the different buttons and features. This was after the sale was already made. I appreciated both Nathan and Sarah’s professionalism, knowledge, and customer service.
