This was the first time I have taken my car for service in Jefferson City since I live in Lake Ozark now but their service department was every bit as nice there as in Springfield. He took us for test drives of two vehicles one evening and gave us all the information we asked for without being overly pushy, which was appreciated. He was very easy to get ahold of to answer additional questions and talk price. He made the whole process quick and painless. Sarah in financing was similarly awesome, very knowledgeable and upfront about warranties. Once we purchased the vehicle and went to pick it up, Mr. Hays sat in it with us for at least 45 minutes to explain all of the different buttons and features. This was after the sale was already made. I appreciated both Nathan and Sarah’s professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. I would definitely recommend Jeff City auto plex to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
