Takes forever It took an hour and a half to do an oil change and the last time I took my car there for an oil change it took an hour. Fantastic service I was in from out of town and my Pilot decided it had gone as far as it was gonna go before there was some professional intervention. I was warmly gre I was in from out of town and my Pilot decided it had gone as far as it was gonna go before there was some professional intervention. I was warmly greeted and shown to the Service Manager. Kent told me he would have a technician look at it first thing in the morning and let me know what the diagnosis was. I was then given a loaner car, a new HRV (NICE car), to get me to my conference the next morning. Kent calles me the next morning informing of the diagnosis and assured me it would be finished by that afternoon. Work was completed as stated for the price stated. I was in a bad spot and Honda of Jefferson City could have charged me whatever they wanted, and didn't. Thank you Honda of Jefferson City for your superior service and impecable integrity. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle to this dealership for service work and I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from them. More
