We never were asked to sign anything until he knew that we were sure what we were signing. He took time and effort, and even skipped lunch to make sure that our experience was the best that it could have been. Once we decided to purchase the car we did have a few issues in the business and contract department. We worked with a gentlemen that wasn't quite taking time to break everything down for us and listen to the questions we had asked and kept trying to force a warranty that we insisted on not having, he was a bit edgy (seeming to get bad) after we said we were not going to purchase the warranty. Then Brian and Sarah came in and everything was right back on track. They started to listen and showed us different payment options and even was able to get us a great interest rate. We then decided to purchase our new 2016 Kia Forte at a great price. More
