Time was not on my side I thought the oil change was guarenteed for 29 minutes of less. They didn’t come ask me if I wanted a new air filter around 45 minutes later. I did ha I thought the oil change was guarenteed for 29 minutes of less. They didn’t come ask me if I wanted a new air filter around 45 minutes later. I did have my tires rotated also. When I asked about it, the service tech told me I have to ask for the 29 minute oil change. It was also advertised as a free car wash. I was not asked if that was something I wanted but the couple a head of me was. I ended up spending a little over an hour waiting for what I thought was going to be a quick in an out in 29 minutes. More

Longer than expected but work good I was told it would take just over an hour for my service to be completed, and it took almost 2.5 hours.
