Time was not on my side I thought the oil change was guarenteed for 29 minutes of less. They didn’t come ask me if I wanted a new air filter around 45 minutes later. When I asked about it, the service tech told me I have to ask for the 29 minute oil change. It was also advertised as a free car wash. I was not asked if that was something I wanted but the couple a head of me was. I ended up spending a little over an hour waiting for what I thought was going to be a quick in an out in 29 minutes. What a Way to End the Year! Honda of Jefferson City was absolutely the best car experience I have ever had. When searching for a new car I had looked at multiple dealerships and Honda of Jefferson City was absolutely the best car experience I have ever had. When searching for a new car I had looked at multiple dealerships and Honda was by far the most friendly, caring and real dealership out there. First off my Salesmen Darnell and Eddie were great! They went above and beyond for my Dad and I during this whole process. They answered every question and meticulous thought we had. But what resonated with me the most was how light hearted and up beat they both were, it’s like we all already new each other, like you were being treated as part of their family. It was hilarious and comforting to say the least, I felt well taken care of and in no way that I was being used for just a buy. They want you to be happy and that I was after my purchase! I left the lot with a certified-preowned 2017 Honda HR-V and am in love with it! Thank you so much Honda of Jefferson City!! More

Longer than expected but work good I was told it would take just over an hour for my service to be completed, and it took almost 2.5 hours.
