He approached me outside and from the moment I walked into the dealership from the moment I walked out he was not once pushy or annoyed that I was not the easiest customer. His name was on the door as "Salesperson of the Month" which, Ill admit, was intimidating at first but after spending 10 mins with him I could see exactly why. Eddie could sense that I was nervous about buying a different vehicle and he continuously reassured me that I would not leave unhappy. He was right! Thank you Eddie for the best car buying experience yet and thank you Honda of Jefferson City for taking my hunk of junk off of my hands and getting me into the perfect new (to me) vehicle. Airbag recall service Although the waiting room was pleasant it took 3 hours for the airbag issue, correction of front lower arm bushings and a new cabin air filter. Service bulletin 16-002 on a 2013 Honda Accord EXLV6 I used to have good experiences with Honda Service in JC, but lately it's been poor. I have bought 3 new Honda's from here and have become increasingl I used to have good experiences with Honda Service in JC, but lately it's been poor. I have bought 3 new Honda's from here and have become increasingly dissatisfied with the customer service of the service advisors. I have not ever said anything bad as of yet, but it has come to that point to bring it to your attention. I will just comment on my last experience. Once I pulled in to the service area, I asked the advisor about the problem (who I had two previous conversations about). He immediately cut me off and said that he needed to look at it and started blaming me for issues in reference to what I have done to address the service bulletin (which I was forced to do because they could not get the parts for a few days). After the service was done as per the bulletin, the car (a 2013 Honda Accord EXLV6) the car started acting up just as it had done prior to this service. Now that the car is back to it's old business, it has created a potential safety hazard for my wife who works in downtown St. Louis. Her car doesn't start, just as it did prior to the service department addressing the issue. The car has a new starter and new battery and still has the same issue that it did prior to any work being done. More

Oil change and factory recall I went for a regular oil change and tire rotation. The service writer discovered a recall on my van. After a realization by the mechanic that the work was not going to be finished before closing , Mike put me in a loaner car so that I could go home and return the next morning when the work was completed. He arranged for a complementary car wash so my car was ready to go the next morning. More

Tyler was great got me in a timely manner and great service They were able to get me in without as appointment when my tire was flat. Didn't try to sell me new tires when all I needed was a patch.
