Purchase of 2018 Honda Pilot did Internet walk out the door quote. Came to test drive and get trade in. Took a little over 4 hours! Ed was doing what he was trained for someon did Internet walk out the door quote. Came to test drive and get trade in. Took a little over 4 hours! Ed was doing what he was trained for someone walking in off the street. The bid and being handed off from Bethany didn't seem to matter. I was recommended by another customer(male) that went through the Internet process. He didn't have to go through what I did. I felt talked down to and questioned on the research that I did. I was very prepared. I trade about every 4 years. You would have benefited from my continued business. Also word of mouth is good or bad advertising...unhappy customer here. Also very pushy on getting a loan and the extended warranties and costs. No means no. More

Not very good customer service I bought a 2017 Honda Accord (used) and the sales manager told me that they would not put gas in my car before I left, “whatever they come in with is I bought a 2017 Honda Accord (used) and the sales manager told me that they would not put gas in my car before I left, “whatever they come in with is what you get.” I traded a 2017 Silverado and left 3/4 tank of gas in it so whoever buys that truck, you’re welcome. I had to go back the next day to get my keys and sign more paperwork that I didn’t realize I’d have to sign. That was my only inconvenience. More
