I was recommended by another customer(male) that went through the Internet process. He didn't have to go through what I did. I felt talked down to and questioned on the research that I did. I was very prepared. I trade about every 4 years. You would have benefited from my continued business. Also word of mouth is good or bad advertising...unhappy customer here.
