Good Buying Experience But No Help the Day After I would recommend this dealership and my salesman, but I recommend only shopping with them locally in the Jefferson City area. I drove from Kansas City to buy a used 2016 Mazda 6 GT from Jeff. City Honda. The car was exactly as described -- loaded, and in truly excellent condition. The customer service was pretty good. They even stayed late to finish the sale and paperwork. However, in the days that followed, the salesman wouldn't answer my phone calls regarding the minor issues that came up during and after the 3 hour drive home. When he finally got back to me (because I called someone else) I was told via TEXT that no help would be given These weren't hard issues either. One key fob needed batteries. The second fob wouldn't work at all, and could need programmed (TBD). The other issue was related to the speaker in the right front door. The door rattled loudly in the speaker area, only when the speaker was playing. It was completely quiet with the stereo off. This has not been resolved. I am very glad that the car's issues were minor! More

First time for everthing. I have tried to buy two NEW cars from this Honda over the last 10 years with no luck. Last week I went in to "look" at the new Accords, went I side an I have tried to buy two NEW cars from this Honda over the last 10 years with no luck. Last week I went in to "look" at the new Accords, went I side and stood there for a bit while a few employees walked past us without saying a word, just as we were about to leave a very lovely woman named Janie asked us if we need some help, she informed us that she was new and we were ok with that. She helped us with all our questions, was very patient with us since we were just looking.we we did decide to buy a new car she kept us informed through out the whole process. She was very helpful while going over all the bells and whistles of the new car, introduced us to the service department and we set up our free first oil change. She even made me a fancy VIP sold sign for my car. Janie thank you for all your assistance and making this a smooth transition for me.
