My salesman, Tracy, was excellent and helped us tremendously through the whole process. After deciding on a vehicle and making a purchase, things went downhill quickly. The finance guy who handled our paperwork was nice at first, but when we decided not to purchase any of the extended warranty products, he was quite rude and quick to get us out of his office. He placed the contract in front of us and just said "initial here and sign here." He didn't even offer to go through it with us to make sure we understood everything. Fortunately, I have been a loan officer in the past and knew what to look for. But for someone who didn't know what to expect, they could have been a little overwhelmed and possibly misinformed. More
