Only slight issues were available magazines mostly for men readers, second visit that my car was not vacuumed/cleaned as I thought was supposed to be or would appreciate (or be happy to pay for); many employees other than service department standing around and one watching tv in waiting area which seems to represent inefficiency (or made it seem not enough customers which made me question why and should I continue to be one). OK but room for improvement I’ve been using this dealership for over 30 years and with every new ownership it’s a different experience. The sales staff was curtious, friendly and I’ve been using this dealership for over 30 years and with every new ownership it’s a different experience. The sales staff was curtious, friendly and helpful but not impressed with their finance department. The finance department is rude, pushy and not 100% truthfull. I was able to go to my credit union and get a loan for half the rate that that the dealership got me (and I have a really good credit score). If you’re buying new Honda Credit usually has good rates but on used they go through whomever they want. Usually have an excellent experience with the service department though but don’t let them try and sell you service you don’t need. I long for the days when it was local ownership but I guess those days are all but gone for car dealerships anymore. More
