The service technician said he wasn't going to "charge me for all the labor" but then charged me $100 in labor plus 15% in miscellaneous fees just to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix my issue. Also, during my 2 hour wait, I was never once updated on what was going on with my vehicle. More

Misleading advertizing/coupon offer Received 3 different coupons via email each for a different and specific service. I was Not allowed to use 2 different coupons for 2 different service Received 3 different coupons via email each for a different and specific service. I was Not allowed to use 2 different coupons for 2 different services at the same time appointment. I live 50 miles away. Senseless to return on another date to have a simple tire rotation completed with a coupon. Doesn't make sense to not be able to use a coupon for an oil change and another coupon for a tire rotation. Will take my business elsewhere. My service person, Kent was excellent to work with. I understand he had no control over the coupons. The service center needs to re- examine coupon policy. More
